Terms and Conditions

GENERAL ACCESS
The Company has the right of admission to the SYNCROLAB Fitness & Health Academy (hereinafter referred to as SYNCROLAB).
The Client may only access SYNCROLAB during the hours established by the Center and provided that he/she is current with payments or has a confirmation of a session reservation.
The SYNCROLAB CLIENT understands that the use of his wristband is individual, personal and non-transferable. In case of detection of irregularity of use, the wristband will be withdrawn from the person detected, and at the same time, the guest will pay the cost of use of 1 day in the facilities. In case of refusal of payment, it will be applied to the owner of the wristband.
In case of loss of the wristband, the customer must inform the establishment within 24 hours, or the owner of the wristband will be charged for each day of irregular access.

ACCESS BY MINORS to SYNCROLAB

Training room
Children under 14 years of age are not allowed.
They may only enter with a personal trainer or accompanied by an adult in a directed class for children.
Children between the ages of 14 and 16 (under the age of 16) must be accompanied by an adult.
Minors between 16 and 18 years of age (under 18) must present authorization from their parents or guardians.
SPA
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed.
Minors between 12 and 16 years of age (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult.
Minors between 16 and 18 years of age (under 18) must present authorization from their parents or guardians.
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the SAUNA.
Swimming pool
Minors under 16 years of age (under 16) must be accompanied by an adult.

HEALTH RISKS

The CLIENT understands the risks of injury that may be involved in engaging in physical activities and assumes responsibility for the performance of such activities at SYNCROLAB Fitness & Health Academy (hereinafter referred to as SYNCROLAB).

CUSTOMER STATES that he/she voluntarily wishes to participate in the activities created by SYNCROLAB, which may include, directed activities and/or any other type of training led by the Center's staff.
The workouts and classes offered by the center may push you to the limit of your physical capabilities. At all times, the room instructor or facility staff will be responsible and must be followed. The client acknowledges and understands that the programs/classes have varying degrees of risks that may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Injury to the musculoskeletal and/or cardio-respiratory systems,
Negligence on the part of the client, training partner, or others around you.
Misuse or failure of equipment.
Medical condition, whether known or unknown to the client.
The client is aware that some of these above risks may result in serious injury or death to him/herself.

PAYMENTS AND TERMS OF INSTALLMENTS AND VOUCHERS

Vouchers and fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless there is a valid justification for not being able to perform physical activity.
Monthly fees are auto-renewable on a monthly basis on the same day as the date of registration, and the invoice for subsequent monthly fees (or quarterly fees, if applicable) will be issued each month on the same day as the date of registration. The term of payment of the self-renewable installments will be a maximum of 20 days after the renewal date.
The date of the payment day does not interfere with the renewal date.
*The prices, types of fees and content of the same offered by SYNCROLAB may vary, always respecting 1 month's notice from the establishment to the client.
*Monitors and classes may be substituted or modified without prior notice.
*Access to the training areas with sneakers and towel is mandatory.
*It is not allowed access to the club accompanied by people who are not members of the club (see friends, family or children), the fee is for individual use.

Below you will find the conditions of each of our types of registrations:

WELCOME PACKAGE / REGISTRATION / ENROLLMENT
This is a welcome service given to the customer when registering to Syncrolab and is mandatory for all new registrations, regardless of the type of fee or bonus contracted.
The welcome/registration/enrollment package includes:
Personal access wristband, Syncrolab Towel, body composition assessment, initial physical assessment, personalized training plan and a free 20-minute oral consultation with one of our physiotherapists.
For pool only vouchers/fees (swim school for children or adults) the client is provided with a Syncrolab wristband and towel only.
There is no discount on the Registration/Welcome Package.
The Welcome Package remains active as long as the customer is registered with Syncrolab. As soon as the customer leaves the establishment, the Welcome Package is no longer active.
If the Client wishes to register again in the future, he/she must re-activate his/her welcome/registration/enrollment package, except in the following case:
- When contracting Personal Training Bonuses, Group Class Bonuses, Pool Bonus, Syncro Week or a specific month. In these cases, the Welcome Package will be valid for one year from the time of purchase. If the client comes within that period, he/she will not have to pay it again.

RESERVATION OF DIRECTED ACTIVITIES / PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES
From the first day of registration, clients have access to the Virtuagym platform through MyWellness APP. By using this platform, the client has the ability to:
- Purchase vouchers and fees.
- Control their access credits and reservation schedule.
- Reserve and cancel classes according to the reservation and cancellation policy.
- View updates of activities, opening hours, news, and updates of terms and conditions.
- Possibility of monthly fee cancellation with automated payment.
By giving this type of access, the client is responsible for making reservations, cancellations, access payments, managing their schedule for use of SyncroLab facilities, and unsubscribing from memberships (fee) and services.

SYNCRO MEMBERSHIP FEE (3 MONTHS)
-Duration of the fee: 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Access to training areas (no access to HIPOXIA room).
- Access to FUNCTIONAL and CYCLING rooms allowed as long as they are not used by group classes.
- Access to the semi-Olympic POOL unlimited access to the free swim lane. No access to reserved lanes. No possibility of reservation of the remaining swimming lanes that require prior reservation.
- No access to SPA.
- No access to group classes.
- Locker included NOT assigned and with no possibility of leaving belongings when leaving each day.
- Quarterly renewable fee.
- Possibility of freezing days and/or fee up to 3 months.
- Mandatory registration Welcome Pack (includes towel + wristband).

SYNCRO FLY MEMBERSHIP FEE
-Duration of the fee: 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Access to training areas (no access to HIPOXIA room).
- Access to FUNCTIONAL and CYCLING rooms allowed as long as they are not used by group classes.
- Unlimited semi-Olympic POOL access to the free swim lane (also includes 8 monthly reservations to the rest of the swim lanes with previous reservation, not cumulative).
- SPA access (8 non-cumulative monthly entries) with SPA towel service.
- Access to group classes (8 non-cumulative monthly entries).
-It is possible to cancel the reservation of group classes and pool lane up to 2 hours before, otherwise, the session will be considered as consumed.
- Locker included NOT assigned and with no possibility of leaving belongings at the end of each day.
- Possibility of freezing the fee and/or days up to a period of 3 months.
- Mandatory registration Welcome Pack (includes towel + wristband).

SYNCRO FLY PLUS MEMBERSHIP FEE
-Duration of the fee: 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Access to training areas (no access to HIPOXIA room).
- Access to FUNCTIONAL and CYCLING areas allowed as long as they are not used by group classes.
- Unlimited semi-Olympic POOL access to the free swim lane (also includes 12 monthly reservations to the remaining swim lanes with prior reservation, not cumulative).
- SPA access (12 non-cumulative monthly entries) with SPA towel service.
- Access to 12 group classes by prior reservation (during the period of validity of the fee).
- It is possible to cancel the reservation of group classes and pool lane up to 2 hours before, otherwise, the session will be considered as consumed.
- Locker included NOT assigned and with no possibility of leaving belongings at the end of each day.
-Possibility of freezing the fee and/or days up to a period of 3 months.
- Mandatory registration Welcome Pack (includes towel + wristband).

SYNCRO LOVE MEMBERSHIP FEE (Promotional)
- Duration of the fee: 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Access to training areas (no access to HIPOXIA room).
- Access to FUNCTIONAL and CYCLING areas allowed as long as they are not used by group classes.
- Unlimited semi-Olympic POOL access to the free swim lane (also includes 12 monthly reservations to the remaining swim lanes with prior reservation, not cumulative or transferable to the other person of the membership).
- SPA access (12 monthly entries not cumulative or transferable to the other person of the membership) with SPA towel service.
- Access to 12 group classes by prior reservation (during the period of validity of the membership).
-It is possible to cancel the reservation of group classes and pool lane up to 2 hours before, otherwise, the session will be considered consumed.
- Access to changing rooms.
- Locker included NOT assigned and with no possibility of leaving belongings when leaving each day.
-Possibility of freezing the fee and/or days up to a period of 3 months.
- Mandatory registration for each person Welcome Pack (includes towel + wristband).
*In case of freezing the fee, it will be mandatory to freeze both people at the same time.
Note: This rate is only for couples living together at the same address and are spouses, discarding parents, siblings, and other immediate family members.

SYNCRO VIP MEMBERSHIP FEE
- Duration of membership: 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Unlimited access to training areas (no access to HIPOXIA room).
- Unlimited access to FUNCTIONAL and CYCLING areas allowed as long as they are not used by group classes.
- Unlimited access to semi-Olympic SWIMMING POOL, either free lane or lanes with prior reservation.
- Unlimited SPA access.
- Unlimited access to group classes (during the period of validity of the membership).
- It is possible to cancel the reservation of group classes and pool lane up to 2 hours before, otherwise, the session will be considered consumed.
* In case of detection of 2 absences to group classes booked without notice or cancellation up to 2 hours before the class booked, it will imply a total closure of the monthly credits.
- Personal locker included.
- Towel and training clothes laundry service.
- 1 monthly Inbody session included.
- 1 post workout shake included.
- Possibility of freezing the fee and/or days up to a period of 3 months.
- Mandatory registration Welcome Pack (includes towel + wristband).

1 WEEK FEE
- Access to the center for 1 week from the date of purchase (7 days of access).
- Locker included, NOT assigned and with no possibility to leave belongings when leaving each day.
- Fitness area, unlimited access.
- Access to semi-Olympic POOL unlimited access to the free swimming lane. No access to reserved lanes. No possibility of reservation of the rest of the swimming lanes that require prior reservation.
- SPA Zone 5 accesses.
- Includes 5 group classes.
- Non-transferable fee.
- Mandatory registration Welcome Pack (includes towel + wristband).

VOUCHER 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
- Duration of voucher 1 week from the date of purchase.
- Access to 1 personal training session.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility of leaving belongings at the end of each day.
- Access to the session is only allowed with prior reservation.
- It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 4 hours before the beginning of the session, otherwise the session will be considered consumed.
- No access to the fitness area by yourself.
- No access to group classes.
- Access to the SPA and pool area (free swimming lane only) only after personal training.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops in the wet area and sneakers and towel in the fitness area.
- Non-transferable voucher.


VOUCHER 5 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
- Duration of the voucher 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Access to 5 personal training sessions.
- Locker included, not assigned and without the possibility of leaving belongings at the end of each day.
- Access to training sessions is only allowed with prior reservation.
- It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 4 hours before the beginning of the session, otherwise the session will be considered consumed.
- No access to the fitness area by yourself.
- No access to group classes.
- Access to the SPA and pool area (free swimming lane only) only after personal training.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops in the wet area and sneakers and towel in the fitness area.
- Non-transferable voucher.
- Compulsory registration (includes towel + wristband).

VOUCHER 10 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
- Duration of the voucher 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Access to 10 personal training sessions.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility of leaving belongings at the end of each day.
- Access to training sessions is only allowed with prior reservation.
- It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 4 hours before the beginning of the session, otherwise the session will be considered as consumed.

- No access to group classes.
- Access to the SPA and pool area (free swimming lane only) only after personal training.

- No access to the fitness area on your own.

- Access to group classes is only allowed with previous reservation.
- It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 2 hours before the beginning of the class, otherwise the session will be considered as consumed.
- No access to the fitness area by yourself.
- Without access to the SPA and pool area.
- Non-transferable voucher.

VOUCHER 10 GROUP CLASSES
- Duration of the voucher 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Access to 10 group classes.

- Access to group classes is only allowed with previous reservation.
- It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 2 hours before the beginning of the class, otherwise the session will be considered as consumed.

VOUCHER 10 POOL PASSES
- Duration of the voucher 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Access to 10 pool passes, not cumulative.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility of leaving belongings at the end of each day.
- Access to the pool is only possible with prior reservation of a lane.
- No access to the fitness area.
- No access to the SPA area.
- No access to group classes.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops and swimming cap in the pool.
- Non-transferable voucher.
- Mandatory registration (includes towel + wristband).

SWIMMING SCHOOL (Initiation: 1 session/week)
- Duration of the fee is monthly.
- Individual session of 30 minutes.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility to leave belongings when leaving each day.
- Only allowed to enter the pool area during class hours.
- Access to 1 individual class per week (Time and day assigned by the instructor according to age and level). The sessions are not cumulative, so it will never be possible to attend more than one session per week.
- The maximum notice period for cancellations is 4 hours before the beginning of the class. Otherwise, it will count as a completed class.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops in the wet area.
- Mandatory the use of a swimming cap in the SWIMMING POOL and / or SPA area.
- Mandatory registration (includes towel + wristband).
*Parents are only allowed access to the changing rooms, before and after the session. During the session they can wait in the cafeteria, where they can watch the class on TV.
*Only the recovery of sessions will be allowed for reasons of illness duly justified by a doctor's documentation.
* In case of coinciding more than one holiday in the same month, the recovery of the session will be scheduled with the instructor.

SWIMMING SCHOOL (Initiation: 2 sessions/week)
- Duration of the fee is monthly.
- Individual session of 30 minutes.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility to leave belongings when leaving each day.
- Only allowed to enter the pool area during class hours.
- Access to 2 individual classes per week (Time and day assigned by the instructor according to age and level). The sessions are not cumulative, so it will never be possible to attend more than 2 sessions per week.
- The maximum notice period for cancellations is 4 hours before the beginning of the class. Otherwise, it will be counted as a completed class.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops in the wet area.
- Mandatory the use of a swimming cap in the SWIMMING POOL and / or SPA area.
- Mandatory registration (includes towel + wristband).
*Parents are only allowed access to the changing rooms, before and after the session. During the session they can wait in the cafeteria, where they can watch the class on TV.
*Only the recovery of sessions will be allowed for reasons of illness duly justified by a doctor's documentation.
* In case of more than one holiday in the same month, the recovery of the session will be scheduled with the instructor.

SWIMMING SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN (Improvement: 1 session/week)
- The fee is quarterly.
- Payment can be made quarterly or monthly.
- Session of 50 minutes.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility to leave belongings when leaving each day.
- Only allowed to enter the POOL area during class hours.
- Access to 1 class per week (Time and day assigned by the instructor according to age and level). The sessions are not cumulative, so it will never be possible to attend more than one session per week.
- The maximum notice period for cancellations is 4 hours before the beginning of the class. Otherwise, it will count as a completed class.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops in the wet area.
- Swimming cap must be worn in the pool area.
*Parents are only allowed access to the changing rooms, before and after the session. During the session they can wait in the cafeteria, where they can watch the class on TV.
*Only the recovery of sessions will be allowed for reasons of illness duly justified by a doctor's documentation.
* In case of more than one holiday in the same month, the recovery of the session will be agreed with the instructor.

SWIMMING SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN (Improvement 2 sessions/week)
- Duration of the fee is quarterly.
- Payment is made monthly or quarterly.
- Session of 50 minutes.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility to leave belongings when leaving each day.
- Only allowed to enter the pool area during class hours.
- Access to 2 classes per week (Time and day assigned by the instructor according to age and level). The sessions are not cumulative, so it will never be possible to attend more than two sessions per week.
- The maximum notice period for cancellations is 4 hours before the beginning of the class. Otherwise, it will count as a completed class.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops in the wet area.
- Compulsory use of swimming cap in the pool area.
- Mandatory registration (includes towel + wristband).
*Access for parents is only allowed up to the changing rooms, before and after the session. During the session they can wait in the cafeteria, where they can watch the class on TV.
*Only the recovery of sessions will be allowed for reasons of illness duly justified by a doctor's documentation.
* In case of more than one holiday in the same month, the recovery of the session will be agreed with the instructor.

SWIMMING SCHOOL (Improvement 3 sessions/week)
- Duration of the fee is quarterly.
- Payment is made monthly or quarterly.
- Session of 50 minutes.
- Locker included, not assigned and with no possibility to leave belongings when leaving each day.
- Only allowed to enter the pool area during class hours.
- Access to 3 classes per week (Time and day assigned by the instructor according to age and level). The sessions are not cumulative, so you can never attend more than three sessions per week.
- The maximum notice period for cancellations is 4 hours before the beginning of the class. Otherwise, it will count as a completed class.
- Mandatory access with flip-flops in the wet area.
- Compulsory use of swimming cap in the pool area.
- Mandatory registration (includes towel + wristband).
*Access for parents is only allowed to the changing rooms, before and after each session. During the session they can wait in the cafeteria, where they can watch the class on TV.
*Sessions may only be recovered for reasons of illness, duly justified by a doctor's documentation.
* In case of more than one holiday in the same month, the recovery of the session will be scheduled with the instructor.

PURCHASES and CHANGES

Group class vouchers as well as personal training vouchers are non-refundable. Refunds of vouchers and fees will only be accepted for duly accredited medical reasons and only in the event that the voucher or fee is in effect, applying for the refund the proportional part of the voucher or fee not consumed. In this case, the amount of the voucher or quota not consumed will be paid in the same way it was acquired or by bank transfer.
Vouchers have an expiration date which is indicated when the quota or voucher is purchased and prices are subject to change. Please note that purchases may be made by other suppliers. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable and cannot be resold. Any purchases made by any person, Website or service considered as resale of vouchers or sessions and personal training will be void and no refund will be granted. SYNCROLAB reserves the right to prohibit access to any person or entity it considers as having violated this point.
Switching from one fee to a different fee before the end of the month is possible only in the case of switching to a higher fee. No refunds are processed. In case of upgrade, pro-rata calculation of consumed quota and unconsumed amount is deducted in new quota with the starting date of the day of quota change.
In case of SyncroLove quota, the same terms apply to the existing customer.

FREEZE POLICY

Vouchers and membership fees are non-cancellable.
If you are unable to attend the club, you can freeze the membership fee (vouchers are NOT freezable) for the future or cancel your membership without any refund from SYNCROLAB.
In the case of not having duly accredited medical reasons, the membership fees can be frozen for a price of 15 ¤ in the individual membership and 30 ¤ in the Syncro Love membership. The freezing will be applied from the moment the customer notifies Syncrolab, for the part of the subscription that has not been consumed, and never retroactively, nor for any installments that are not in force. The frozen days will be activated immediately after the last day of the active membership.
The freezing of the entire membership will have a maximum duration of 3 months, once this time has elapsed, the membership will be activated automatically. The customer will be able to generate another freeze for the same cost.

Vouchers and membership fees have a limited duration. The APP shows the different vouchers and membership fees options, as well as their price and duration. Once the expiration date of the bonus has passed, no freezes or refunds will be allowed.

USE OF FACILITIES

The use of a towel is mandatory during the training session. A free towel is provided at the reception at the time the registration fee is paid. It is recommended to wear appropriate sports clothing, as well as bandages or gloves for the boxing activity. The use of gauntlets is mandatory with the rental gloves.
Flip-flops and swimming cap must be worn in the SPA and POOL area and/or sneakers and towel in the fitness area.

Lockers
The lockers in the changing rooms are for occasional use and only while attending the reserved session. Only one locker can be used per session. Items deposited in the lockers at the end of the day will be removed and stored for one week. After that week, SYNCROLAB will understand that the owner does not require them and therefore waives any financial compensation or indemnification for them. The use of lockers does not imply a deposit contract nor does it imply any responsibility for their contents. It is not advisable to leave valuables in the lockers, since SYNCROLAB is not responsible for the possible loss of any object, as it cannot prove the contents inside the lockers at any time, since they are for private and personal use. We strongly urge a responsible use of the common areas and water for an optimal coexistence and respect for the environment.
It is not allowed to leave belongings outside the lockers, and SYNCROLAB is not responsible for any theft.
It is forbidden to eat in the locker rooms and/or in the training room.

COMPENSATION

The customer holds SYNCROLAB (company, employees, associates, partners, external collaborators and subcontractors providing services at the site) harmless from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, liability and expense, resulting from or arising out of its: (a) access to or use of the Website or APP; (b) violation of the Terms of Use or any law or regulation; or (c) any violation of the rights of another party.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage, theft or loss that may occur on SYNCROSFERA - SYNCROLAB premises.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitations of liability

Access to and use of the Web Site/APP or the contents are at the user's own risk and responsibility. The contents of this Web Site/APP may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. SYNCROLAB may make changes or improvements at any time. In no event shall SYNCROLAB be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of your use of the Web Site, or any other linked third party Web Site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your system or otherwise, including any claims waived by you above in this agreement, even if SYNCROLAB expressly warns you of the possibility of such damages from manipulation. SYNCROLAB merely provides Customer with access to the information and content of the Web/APP. SYNCROLAB makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, in any case.

Restrictions of Use

All content on this Web Site, such as text, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, music, sounds, videos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, data, software, scripts, tags, information and other materials, hereinafter content, are the intellectual property of SYNCROSFERA. Said contents are protected by intellectual property laws pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, 1996, which approves the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, as well as Law 17/2001, of December 7, 2001, on Trademarks and complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property. The reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including its modality of making available, or any other exploitation and/or modification, in whole or in part, without prior express authorization from SYNCROLAB BY SYNCROSFERA of any content included in the APP or Website is prohibited. Any use of the Content not expressly provided for by these Terms of Use is a violation of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.
